What we do for you
From the first listing to the last guest’s key handover. All you need to do is review regular reports and our monthly service invoice.
We create and manage listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, e-Chalupy and other channels. Mountain photography, descriptions that work in winter and summer, and calendars without double bookings.
We continuously adjust prices to the weather, snow conditions, school holidays and public holidays. A winter week and a summer weekend each have their own value, and we keep track of it for you.
We usually reply within fifteen minutes, including evenings and weekends. We handle late arrivals after a day in the mountains, special requests and any complaints.
We provide contactless check-in using our smart key safe for a one-time fee of approximately EUR 119.60 (CZK 2,990; EUR 1 = CZK 25) in addition to commission. Guests receive a one-time code before arrival and can let themselves in whenever they arrive, seven days a week. Only Carefree also offers an in-person key handover and welcome by prior arrangement with the owner. In either case, we advise guests where to ski, eat and how to light the stove.
After every stay, we clean, change bed linen and towels, and replenish firewood. We use damask-style bed linen. We prepare the stove for lighting so guests arrive at a ready home where they immediately feel welcome.
We clear snow at the entrance and on the driveway, handle minor repairs and arrange heating maintenance. In spring, we prepare the cottage for summer.
Care between stays
We use damask-style bed linen for our guests. With Comfort and Carefree, we arrange washing and replacement of linen and towels after every stay.
Commission
Commission of 15–25% of gross revenue, depending on the services included. Booking revenue goes directly to your account, and we invoice our commission monthly, with no setup fee or monthly retainer.

Commission applies only to paid bookings we manage. Comfort and above offer contactless check-in. Only Carefree offers optional in-person key handover and welcome by prior arrangement with the owner. You may end cooperation with one month’s notice and no penalty.
