What you pay and what commission covers

Our commission ranges from 15 to 25% of gross revenue depending on the scope, from listing management to full property care. Booking revenue goes directly to your account, and we invoice commission monthly. No setup fee, no monthly retainer and a one-month notice period.

The smart key safe has a one-time fee of approximately EUR 119.60 (CZK 2,990; EUR 1 = CZK 25) in addition to commission. Only Carefree offers optional in-person key handover and welcome by prior arrangement with the owner. You may end cooperation with one month’s notice and no penalty.
